Made for
Drummers
Import a song and lower the vocal. What remains is the full instrumental — drums included — as a backing track you can export and play to. Or record your own performance on video, mix it, and leave with a finished clip.
What this is
Take One does not remove or solo the drums. The drums stay inside the instrumental stem, with the rest of the band. Separation is vocal and instrumental only.
What you can do
- A vocal-free bed. Mute the singer and keep the band. Export that instrumental and practice to it.
- A performance video. Record yourself playing. Mix, master, and export the clip from the phone.
- On device. Separation does not upload the recording, and it does not need an account.
A session
- Import the song, or record your performance on video. If a backing track is playing in the room, headphones keep it out of the microphone.
- Run separation and lower the vocal stem until the instrumental is the track you want.
- If you recorded yourself, balance that performance on the mix screen.
- Export the video. Studio adds WAV stems, a mixdown, and mastering.
